It seems the UI on the portal has changed. I don't have all the menu items shown on the tutorial shown here:

Yeah, that documentation page now appears to be empty.
There were major updates to their cloud services recently, including the portal. Hopefully new docs will go up soon. @bobbyD

I take it that the one-admin-per-hub change is global, not just for those with subscriptions? (Not that it makes a big deal, it looks like the only difference between admin and guest is that admin can add more guests...)
That's pretty much it 
Although a guest cannot purchase subscriptions or turn off the hub local security. We plan for more restrictions in the future.
Then there needs to be a way to have multiple users with full admin authority. Seriously.
I generally set up an admin account that I only use for doing admin work, and then a “normal” (in this case guest) account for everyday interaction.
