New C8Pro migration, WebCore won't open [2.4.0.151]

I've migrated to a Pro and WC is in the apps and all the pistons are listed but WC app won't open.
I've HPM repaired it.
From what I have read it's an uninstall and reinstall/reload the pistons?
Can I just change some Oauth keys or something like that?

Well, the hub bricked after about an hour.
Took a bit to get in as it reverted to its shipping IP. Wouldn't respond to MAC or 8081.
Find my hub always said it was there. :frowning: Blue LED solid.
Did a cloud restore again and behold if WC was working.
The Dashboards also started to work and the Hub Details populated; first time around I had to fill all that in manually.

?? I don't believe that the hub ships with an assigned IP.

I wonder about its origin.
Looked new but had a name "Springfield House" and pulled the same DHCP of .120 when I finally go it talking again.
I had changed the name and everything seem to be back to when it arrived.

Curious as to where you purchased this hub?

Sounds like a returned hub. Was this purchased as "new"?

It it had been Homer, there would be tooth marks on it, he tries to eat everything. :wink:

Seriously, @dnickel - def sounds like a used box, if you bought it new from a valid reseller you should contact HE to let them know about your experience and talk about getting a replacement.

Yes. Sealed new from AARtech.

Purchased from a very large supplier of IoT here in Canada; I've used them for years.
I did have to cut the factory clear seals on the box so it sure looked new.
