New C8 setup Ang migration

I have just received a C8 plus and in the process of integrating it into my network. I hooked it to my network and unless I use the MAC address find, I can’t find it. However, when you use the MAC address, you can’t migrate from a C7. It may be possible, but I can’t figure out how. I backed up a C8 plus migration file to the cloud. But when I go to look for it on my C8, there is nothing there. Because of this issue, I cannot use the set up procedure that came with the instructions for the C8. I have tried to use the Wi-Fi integration, but when I go to look for the Wi-Fi of the habitat on my Wi-Fi settings on my iPhone, it is not there. So because of that, I can’t use that process either..

That shouldn't be an issue. What is likely the problem, is that your new hub is not connecting to the cloud. The migration process requires your hub to have access to the internet. Please make sure that your router isn't blocking your hub access to the internet. If you used the same IP address as the old hub, that may also cause some issues depending on how your network is set up.
