My current C8 Hub is connected via WiFi. Am trying to upgrade to a C8 Pro. Plugged in the power. "MyNewHubitat" never shows up on WiFi on my Chromebook or iPhone as it should as per the Instructions. They are both within 2 feet of the new C8 Pro. Any suggestions?
The Wi-Fi network will not appear if an ethernet cable is already plugged in. If you have a cable plugged in , remove it and restart the Hub.
Did you purchase the Hub from Amazon. There's a possibility that an address has already been configured. Reset your Hub by pressing the hidden button on the bottom for 7 seconds or more, and check again for the Wi-Fi network.

No Ethernet connected. Purchased directly from Hubitat.
I’ll try a Reset.
Edit: Reset of the Hub (holding the button on the bottom for 10 seconds) worked.
