New C-8 Pro No option for Transfer Subscription from old C-8

Any ideas on how to transfer Hub Protect and Remote Admin subscription. There is no an option for Transfer under My.Hubitat.
Can support help with my Mac Id's ?
I'm moving the old C-8 to another house and need to transfer befoe I reset it

and after logging in, you should see your registered hubs.

Notice the "Transfer Subscription" under your hub.

Since we couldn't identify why the transfer link wasn't showing for you, we made the transfer for you from our end.

It looks like the hub on the left (Pro .216) did not even get the remote admin linked up to it yet. Doesn't that take a little bit to sync up and apply to newly added hubs?

Might be why the link is not there, does the system think there is nothing to transfer it to yet.

It does, but just registering a new hub would make it eligible to transfer in the service from the old hub. I can't replicate the problem and this is also the first time I've seen this issue, so will keep an eye on.

I have the exact same issue.
Migrated from a C8 to C8 Pro and I do not have the transfer option either. I noticed it weeks ago and tried pulling it up on various browsers and devices without any luck. Unsuccessfully checked it again tonight and found this post

Thanks. I submitted the ticket but haven't heard anything back.
Just checked my.hubitat.com and I'm still not seeing an option to transfer from my C8 to C8 Pro

Your case is under review and someone will likely get back to you by the end of the day.
