New addition to the Lutron Caseta lineup?

Any guesses as to what this is?

Ha, was just going to post this!

Since it's branded with Caseta...that might be a good thing!

Whatever it is, I just hope it has Telnet enabled. :sunglasses:

According to Reddit, it is an outdoor dimmer(?) module.

But didn't they introduce that a while ago, maybe a year or more? About the time they increased to the 75 device limit?

I never saw this dimmer module actually come out, so maybe it is this same device that got delayed???

stay tuned for CES 2021 next week

Haven't paid attention, are they actually having it? Virtual or otherwise? I never go, but like to watch coverage of the new stuff coming out.

virtual

Yuck. I guess is is to be expected though. Just not the same with interviews and presentations happening in person.

Well...then I won't get my hopes up of anything actually exciting.

This!

The motion sensors were a huge disappointment.

Yea, hope its something useful and not too crazy expensive (and compatible with Hubitat!)

Its Lutron, of course it is going to be 2X what it probably should cost.

That is always the larger issue, isn't it?

Caseta Cappuccino machine?

That would be awesome

ugh.. $80 and available late march

Love that Lutron premium. I can literally buy 2 zwave plus outdoor outlets for that price.

Even if they aren't as rugged (VERY debatable), they are 1/2 the cost...

The updates to the motion sensor would be useful if Lutron exposed them via the telnet interface.

 Way over priced and again no mention of Telnet.
