I know I am not that great at this stuff ..
But I do not see a way to use : if/then/else in the rule builder.
none of the drop downs or options show ( if ) as a option ?
If there's a condition (like days of week), it will automatically show THEN and ELSE branches. Otherwise, it will keep to a single THEN branch.

I see .. what about the " IF " ?
Adding a condition (as opposed to trigger) to the rule is an implied IF.

I haven’t installed 2.4 yet as I want to wait for the inevitable early updates which I see are happening about every 4 days. But I am excited by what I’ve been reading in the threads. To get a jump on the changes to the Visual Rule Builder I went to the documentation and then to Apps but don’t see it listed.
However, when I did a search for Visual Rules it found it. It said it was under Apps, but it isn’t in the list of Apps (VRB should be between Thermostat Scheduler and webCoRE).
In any event, it seems it doesn’t have any documentation for the new the IF Then Else additions.
