Networking error

I am trying to change the IP address of the hub and getting an error. It says I should look at the logs, but I am not sure what I should be looking for. Any assistance would be appreciated. I just updated to the latest firmware and have rebooted.

I have tried a soft reset and that made no difference.

what are you trying to enter .. could be illegal values for subnet and ip or something.. just a thought

It will not let me get far enough to enter anything. This is what shows up when I press the networking button in settings.

time to contacd support or one suggestion if it is a c7 make sure dhcp is enabled. and hit reset button to reset the netoworking and reboot.

It is a c5 device. I have just performed the next level reset with the same results on a default device.

I don't believe resets will help with this.
Please PM me the values you're trying to set, and I can take a better look. This looks like a potential bug.

I am trying to set the up address info. This comes up right after clicking on the networking button in settings. I am not able to get to a point to change any settings.

This is going to sound silly (and yes it's a bug), but if you temporarily rename the hub to remove the "&" from its name, the app will work. I'll create a permanent fix.
