Nest hello doorbell rule, please help

I am using the built in HE Nest Integration with my Nest Hello Doorbell. I can see in the logs that it detects a person, but I cannot find any way in RM to use that.

My logs update instantly in HE when a person is detected, which is much better than the 5 to 7 seconds (or never in some cases) Nest takes to warn me.

Any help in setting up a rule would be much appreciated. Here is a screenshot of the debug info, as you can see, it is a sound event not motion, no idea why as I have sound turned off.

Maybe creating custom commands in RM?

RM does not expose it as a custom command. These are all that RM offers for Nest - Available commands: off, on, poll, refresh, refresh, toggleStreaming
