Nest gen4 on matter stops reporting

I have matter thermostat connected to a c8 and a c7 hub. Periodically one of them stops reporting events. I believe executing config restores the event reporting. For example the c8 last activity is 6/15/2025 02:09:27, while the c7 last activity is 6/20/2025 07:33:11. While the sdm api reports 6/20/2025 11:53:14. Both the c7 and c8 are no longer updating values
