Having high pressure misting system put in and it draws 11-13 amps, installer said they normally put in a 20amp outlet and breaker. is there anything I can get a switch, outlet or relay to automate this?
Zen16 or Zen17 can do up to 20A.

You can search on AliExpress (or Amazon) for ‘circuit breaker zigbee’, most are supported by the custom Tuya driver.
Or just add a trusty dumb circuit breaker and control it from a smart low-amperage relay.

If the lack of UL certification is not a stopper for you, these devices are true high-amperage circuit breakers (not simple relays!) with thermal overcurrent and temperature protection (RCBO's) :
Oops - sorry, I just noticed that these operate on 230V only. so they are unusable in the US.
You're actually just switching an 11-13 amp load.
They're providing an outlet.
Why not use a Zooz ZEN15?
