Note that there are actually two different ways to input your Lutron devices into the Lutron integrator app. @danabw is probably using the first method described in the hub documentation page, and @672southmain appears to be using the second method.
Once you switch from first method to second method, you can't go back.
If you mean that I used "interactive setup" rather than "configuration list" that is correct, and I don't see the same info on my screen as in the screen shot that was posted.

Most of us find the configuration list easier to read, change, etc.

I used the interactive setup before the configuration list was an option, and I haven’t found a reason to switch yet.

It does the conversion for you. Thing is, it's rare to actually change your Lutron setup, so either works.

It seems the biggest advantage to the configuration list is it’s probably quicker to add a large number of devices.
