I am trying to migrate from a C-8 to a C-8 Pro but the only cloud backup that is showing up is the old C-7 to C-8 migration backup that I made last year. I created the cloud backup for C-8 Pro migration on the C-8 and that showed the backup completed successfully. I have tried the reload and reload entitlements buttons and the old C-7 backup file is the only one that shows up. I have not powered up the new C-8 pro, I wanted to make sure the file was out there before I proceed. Is there some way to delete the old C-7 to C-8 migration that was made last year? I have tried sending support an email and a warranty claim but no response. How do you contact support?
Just power up the new hub and make sure you register it to the same account. You should be able to see the backup.
