I have the exact same issue. Most of the time when I lock/unlock in the HE app, the icon just shows working but nothing happens. Ironically, when I tell Alexa (Through HE skill) to lock/unlock it happens instantly. Same thing in Sharptools, lock works instantly. (Again through HE)
This is telling me that the nuts and bolts are fine but something is wrong with how the tiles command the locks.
Curious to see if there is a solution found.
