I've had a solid z wave mesh for quite some time and various HE builds. Upon upgrade to 2.2.6, however, devices have failed to respond. Repairs and power-off/unplug have not helped. Returning to 2.2.5, completely restored functionality. When I try upgrading again (3rd try), any suggestions?
Some additional detail. Upon updating there is some log activity (nothing excessive) but no control of devices.
This one sounds like you may need the expertise of the resident Z-Wave wizard -> @bcopeland.

Ditto.
My Z-wave was stable on 2.2.5 but I'm having intermittent outages since upgraded to 2.2.6. It will come back eventually but it is pretty annoying and sometimes scheduled events get missed or motion sensors don't trigger because of this. I also use a lot of pico remotes to control Z-wave switches and those don't work either when there is a temporary outage.
Which hub version do you have?
