Need help repeating an action every hour

I need suggestions for automating the following:

-Turn Switch X ON at 6:00AM
-Turn Switch X OFF at 6:01AM
-Repeat every hour between Sunrise and Sunset.

For those curious about the application I'm overseeding my lawn and want to turn my sprinklers ON for a minute, and then turn them OFF, throughout the day. I want to keep the topsoil and seeds moist throughout the day to promote germination.

As of now I estimate that I'll need a rule for every hour but that seems excessive. Any ideas for repeating actions?
