How do I create a garage rule so that if my garage has been open for more than a half hour it will close?

Trigger would be Garage door opening

Actions should be:

Cancel Delayed Actions
Close Garage Door Wait 30 min cancelable

i would do open not opening.. buecuase it might stop half way and re-close etc.
