My hubitat model c7

my hubitat is stuck on blue light after trying the following:

  • unplugged and plugged it back in both power and ethernet cables within 5 mins.
  • doing a reset by the reset button but nothing seems to work.

i can locate my hubitat on hubitat website via mac address but when i click on “connect to hub” its stuck halfway and would not connect.

can someone please help??

It is likely that your hub has a corrupted database. You should be able to fix this by doing a soft reset, followed by restoring a backup, from the diagnostic tool (port 8081).
