I have a my.hubitat.com account. My partner also has one. I am unable to add them as a user on my registered hub,
I have tried in 2 ways in my account:
Under registered hubs -> hub details -> add a user. I get a message saying “User not found. User must sign up first.”
Under create new account I get the message “An account with the given email already exists”
One of these error messages is wrong. Please could someone advise.
The email address is case sensitive, however, when you create a new account, the validation process is not case sensitive. Make sure when you try to add the guest account you enter the email address only with lower case letters.
It does only have lower case letters.
