Yes, I am showing that your C-7 is registered with your Gmail account, but cannot see the new hub. Please register the new hub with same Gmail account. You do not have any hubs registered with joejaworski domain, as the above screenshot says.
I'll try that. But is was the gmail account that I requested to change to some time ago, Apparently that part went though
It won't let me login with the Gmail account. It says: Incorrect user name or password'. I believe this is the problem. This email address was never user but changed for my account.
Check to make sure you use only lower-case letters for your email, it's case sensitive, otherwise change your password here: My Hubitat
This really mess up everything, I can no longer log it my old C7 hub. Even after deleting all cookies in my browser, The hubitat just time out.
Download advanced port scanner. Likely your hub changed ip's. If it hasn't press the network reset button on the bottom of the hub for 7 seconds. It will be the only round hole out of all the square ones. Used advanced port scanner to find the new ip. If you can't get into it, try getting into yourhubip:8081
Okay I got that figured out. But Hubitat should not be using my Gmail address anywhere that is from the fail attempt by you guys to change it way back when. Everything should be my Jaworski.com email address.
Here is a look at my c7 screens. Perhaps you can explain why in the newly purchase C8P it show no backup are available. Again, All these screens shots are from my c7 hub that has been running fine for several years. Do you spot anything wrong with any of these that would prevent the C8P from migrating. Perhaps the C8P shipped to me is defective,
That fixed it! the new and old hub had different email address! Thank you!
That is not what you asked us on June 7th. You wanted the C-7 hub to use the Gmail. Here is the last email we sent you:
If you'd like to change your hubs to your personal domain, you can do so from my.hubitat under Hub Details, using the replace admin feature. Please note that changing the admin to your personal domain will cause existing backups to not be shown. To be able to see the backups, both hubs must be registered with Gmail account. Once you migrate, you can then change the admin to your preferred account.
Thanks I must have miss that email. I will keep every the way it is right now.
