My hub is asking for a soft reset due to a corrupt database. Can i still download a backup prior?

As stated, hubitat has not been functioning.
When accessed through my browser the corrupt database message and soft reset instructions appear.
I have not made a backup prior. Do these automatically happen?
I seem to not be able to make a backup now. I get a server error when clicking on any other menu item. Should I still be able to make one?

For clarity, I can select settings but I get a server error when choosing backup and restore.

The typical hub setup will have daily local backups. They are stored on the hub, but I have found that those typically still work even if the hub has some db issues.
