Is it possible to set up multiple ways of disarming? I only see button/app options in the description. I would like to have a button as well as the option if the bedroom motion sensor is activated (e.g. I get up at night) and then the downstairs sensor is activated, which is part of the alarm trigger, it auto deactivates (e.g. I have now gone downstairs to get a midnight snack). And then after Xmin of no activity, it re-arms.

Not sure it’s a good idea to “auto-disarm” your alarm.
It's not a good idea to wake the wife while sneaking downstairs either when I forget to disarm. I'm more scared of her than an intruder 
Seriously, I don't see an issue with that. The same concept of pushing a button, just with motion. Sure there is the 0.001% chance someone breaks in at the exact same time someone goes to the bathroom and hence disables the system, but I'm more likely to forget to arm it in the first place. This is assuming the motion sensors don't send false positive signals if they have any issues
I use HSM Home-Armed at night and activate it by a button on the night stand. It uses all the motion detectors in the house except the one in the bedroom that is placed under the bed so it doesn't pick me up while sleeping. Rather than having to manually disarm it when I get up in the morning (or in the middle of the night), I use this in Rule Machine 4:

I just wanted to know if it was possible. I will now carry on trying to design how I want it to work.
