Yeah. There's something up with the implementation here, although it's not obvious what it is.
I've taken my dimmers, and added them back under the hue bridge. It's just less bother that way for me, and as it turns out... both the rooms I'd use them in happen to have at least one hue bulb in them, so it doesn't matter. I have RM watch that bulb, and have the other lights follow, at least as far as on/off is concerned.
