I've had a basic rule in place for years that was working under 2.3.5.146 that is now failing after updating to 2.4.0.151. I have three Zooz decora/rocker Z-wave switches and the logic of the rule is if I toggle any of the 3 on, I want all three switches to turn on. This functionality is still working post upgrade. Likewise, if I toggle any of the 3 switches off, I want all three switches to turn off. This functionality appears broken in the 2.3.5.146 to 2.4.0.151 upgrade. Basic rule screenshots below. The top rule (turning things on) is still working but the bottom rule (turning things off) no longer works.
I'm not a Basic Rule user, so I don't know if this is just how it works for On-vs-Off or maybe there's something you can change, but...
The "On" rule is built so that "any" on will activate, but the "Off" rule is built so that "all" must be off (and I'm guessing you want that to be "any" instead of "all").
This would be trivial to do in Rule Machine, but hopefully a fellow Basic Rules user can shed some additional light here.
Thanks for the pointer! Translated the rules into Rule Machine. It was indeed trivial and works just as it had in the past.
