There are a lot of threads about that particular lock.. here's one:
While a lot of people have had no issues with their Z-Wave+ locks and are perfectly happy - I am still recommending Zigbee Locks to my residential clients. It's just been a better experience for me and my clients. No pairing issues, very responsive etc etc.
