Move "mode lighting" to its own app

I think it would be handy to have the Mode Lighting app separate from the Motion Lighting app.

I use a lot of the mode features the way I'd hoped that Simple Lighting would work, so I find it a bit confusing that its only part of Motion Lighting and not Simple Lighting.

That particular arrangement of parent and child apps is historical, and in no way affects how the app functions. They get grouped in the apps list together, and that is the entirety of the impact.

Appreciate the explanation, Bruce. And thats exactly why I felt that they should be separate. Because they basically are.

But now that I know where it is (and how it works!), that will be someone else's issue.
