Has anyone come up with viable motion sensing solutions that don’t require a nearby structure to affix a motion sensor to? For example, a longer driveway without a fence/trees where you might want to sense incoming motion before it’s picked up by a motion sensor installed on a building? Maybe something in-ground?
I have some Zooz/Hue outdoor motion sensors near my garage/entry way, but they often don’t pick up motion until someone is closer to the sensor.
