Motion LIghting with Contact Sensor

I have 2 door sensors along with a Motion sensor in my Garage. I have a Motion Lighting App setup when there is motion or if 1 of the 2 contact sensors are tripped to turn on the Garage lights.

Motion sensor is working great for this. Now when I open the door and the door sensor is tripped there is a slight delay in turning on the lights. Is this normal for the Motion Lighting App?

If I setup a Simple lighting app with the same door sensors, as soon as the door is open the lights come on.

So what I have found if I add the Door Sensors to the Motion Lighting app, I get a delay on the door sensors. Anyone else seeing this?
