My go-to for a dimmer is Inovelli’s Blue Series (Zigbee) 2-1. Model number (VZM31-SN).
This device can act as a dimmer and a switch, is pretty easy to setup and has a TON of options, from a usable config button (that can be used for rules and such) to multi-taps on the up and down paddles.
It also has a LED switch that can be used to provide notifications - very useful to know that the garage door was left open! (And for a bunch of other things…
