Monoprice Z-Wave Curtain Module Relay

I have been using a Monoprice Z-Wave Curtain Module Relay wired to an alarm key FOB to arm and disarm my alarm system with Wink.

I was able to pair it to my HE hub but it shows up as "device".

Does anyone know if there is a driver that can be used to control this 3-channel momentary relay module?

Try changing the driver to Generic Z-wave Shade and click save device. Then click the configure button. Maybe this driver will work.

Never mind. It pairs fine as a z-wave relay, switch or dimmer. Turns out the battery in the connected key fob was dead - even though I recently replaced it!
