I have a Monoprice window/door sensor that I cannot get to pair successfully. I have excluded it and reset it and tried over and over. Upon initial discovery it sees it right away every time but then never goes past initializing. I have left it go in the initializing mode for 20 minutes and still nothing. I am sitting right next to my hub. Any thoughts?
I also have tried different batteries and have done a Z wave repair and waited till complete to try again...going to reboot hub and try again.
