I would suggest passing on these. I bought 3 and can only get 1 paired. I gave it a try because I saw the one review where the guy said he was able to get them to pair to the Hubitat. I'm guessing these are all return they are selling due to the terrible reviews.

This was the comment from the review section that made me bite.

After having a bunch of issues pairing my first one with a Hubitat Elevation C7 (I'm using it as a Z-Wave bridge to my HomeAssistant VM installation).... I cribbed some Z-Wave pairing instructions together for another product, from another site, and this method JustWorks (at least, with Hubitat):
Unpack everything. Have sensor, rear cover, battery, and contact magnet ready. in Hubitat's SmartStart, scan QR code. Once accepted, name the sensor in hand, hit Save. Install battery in sensor - and, now, you need to work fast, as it's in initial pairing mode. You have 10 seconds to get the rear cover snapped on. Tap the contact magnet 3x against the arrow (light will blink each time), and PUT IT DOWN. Z-Wave link procedure may take up to 10 minutes.
Once it shows up in your Devices list (and, for funsies, it'll show up as a Ring Security Keypad G2), click the device, and change the 'device type' (drop-down menu) to "generic Z-Wave Plus Contact Sensor", assign it to a room (if desired), and click Save Device.

For you HomeAssistant users, who also bridge Z-Wave with Hubitat:, do NOT allow Maker to publish the sensor until you've changed it from 'keypad' to 'contact sensor', lest ye have multiple orphaned entities.

Was it easy? No. But, once I figured out the 'flow' to these (for Hubitat, anyways), subsequent sensors were easy to link up. And, then I ordered another 15 of them (for my windows.)

Honestly these are are great. I have 36 in use on windows (though I own a total of 40) and they have temp built in.. At 4 bux each they can't be beat.

What's the battery life like?

EDIT: Oops - out of stock.

I've had them in about 8 mos now and still still showing 100 on all of them so time will tell

I've got some I'm looking to replace as they show 100% until they don't. Vacation home, so not easy to replace quickly. If these are the same (they look very similar and use the same battery) then probably a no go. Let me know if they die without warning.

By the way, mine are EcoLink model 4655BC0-R

These are made by Universal Electronics Inc. for xfinity alarm systems. The batteries are easy to change. Just use a coin or a spudger to pop open. Actually you don't even need that.

No, I know it's easy to change them. Its the fact that they show 100% battery until they die without warning. And it is hard to replace them because they are 120 miles away.

Well I'll check back in if one dies, like I said so far it's been 8 mos and none of the 36 have dropped off the mesh (even when I migrated to the c8)

I bought 3 of these and didn't see your post until after I messed around with one of them. Have you tried to reset or exclude any of these? The last two paired up fine with the method you found but I can't get that first one to pair at all. I've tried doing an exclusion and a reset by the directions, but it doesn't seem to respond to this even using a minimote.

I tried excluding and resetting the 2 that I couldn't get to pair. Spent way too many hours on them and came to the conclusion they were defective since I have no issues with the one that does work. I completed an RMA for those 2 and monoprice simply refunded my money. They didn't even want them back.
