APC SmartUPS Status Device

This is a device Handler to get the status of your APC Smartups that has the optional network card. It must be on your network with an ipaddress and have telnet enabled in the network setups. It telnets to the specified ip and port every X minutes as specified in the perferences, and logs in using the username and password specified in the preferences.
