MoesGo Tuya Compatible 2 Gang Switch Issues

I've just bought some MoesGo Zigbee light switches on Amazon. The single gang ones work fine, but the 2 gang switches only appear with the left of the 2 switches in Hubitat, the right switch works manually, but is not in Hubitat.

I'm VERY new to all this, I got my first Zigbee devices today, I chose "Generic Zigbee Switch" as there didn't seem to be an option for 2 or 3 gang switches.

Any drivers advice please?

Many thanks,
Mark.

did you try Generic Zigbee Multi-Endpoint Switch?, make sure to click configure after changing drivers.

I did, and it also worked once I took the room location out.

All set up & working perfectly now thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Unfortunately my Zigbee Door sensors didn’t arrive in time to check those out.

huh?, are you saying that if you assign a room to this device that it no longer works?

No, strangely the device was onlyvisible as a single device until I removed the room allocation (I’d previously set it up using an incorrect device driver).

Then I got the 2 sub-devices visible. Allocating to a room again and I still have the 2 devices.

I have 2x 2 gang switches, the second one didn’t appear as 2 gang until I removed the room allocation. Was odd & quirky, but what happened.

How did you get the MoesGo zigbee 2gang module into Inclusion mode?

If I am not wrong, the procedure was to tap quickly 4 or 5 times on the left button.

Thank you, I wired the switch up and kept pressing the light switch, then tried pressing the reset button and eventually the switch was detected. Working well with the Generic Zigbee Multi-Endpoint Switch handler
