My Moe's switch started all 4 buttons flashing and won't stop. I changed the battery to no avail.
Is there any way to connect this problem?
Moes is using its white label / brand name to sell at least ten different 4-button scene switches made by different manufacturers in China.
No, what is printed on the plastic does not help...

Hubitat forum contains a lot of valuable information..
Shortly - select the device manufacturer ID, copy it and paste it in the Hubitat forum search control.
In many cases, there will be enough information for this particular device, that can help to resolve the issue.
Did not see anything about all LEDs flashing
I can't reset or repair the remote. This is the second one to mess up. Can you give me a link to one that works. Thanks.
Same thing happened to me .. I have ( 6 )
[kkossev] helped fix it ..
#1 Replace the battery.
#2 Reset device. ( hold button 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 ) and or try all ( 4 ) for many seconds.
#3 remove battery for 60-90+ seconds.
#4 install battery and re-pair device.
