I installed the user app by David but can’t seem to log in. Keep getting error but made sure login is correct. Any help would be appreciated , thanks
Need to know more about which app (or driver) you've installed on your hub.
Have you checked the hub's logs when you use this Hubitat app/driver to try to login to your moen account?
I’m having a similar problem. It’s the Moen FLO Device Manager. I’m assuming OP is referring to the same app. There is another one in HPM but it’s noted as replaced by this one.
When you install the app it tries to log in and fails because: you have not provided credentials yet. Once you do provide credentials and click Login, it continues to fail. I do know the username/password I am providing is correct. Below is what I get in the log files when trying to install this app. It looks like it won’t install until it can successfully log in.
OP never replied but if you can provide more info about the driver and/or app code you’re using (which may or may not be exactly the same as the OP), others can try to help.
So what I have provided is as much as I’ve got. It’s in HPM and it’s called “Moen FLO Device Manager”.
I couldn’t find any thread in the community forums that would seem to be this app/driver. The code says it was written by David Manuel.
