I have the default modes set for now. The evening mode is switching fine as expected. Night mode for now I want manually activated. The problem I am having is day mode is not activating at 7am. Any ideas where to look for the cause?
First is the hub time correct? Settings tab, Hub Details button.
And what does the System Events tab logs show? It should have mode changes recorded in there.
If you click on that gear icon in the Mode app, it should show a bunch of things like scheduled events and so on. Post a screenshot that and maybe someone will spot some anomaly.
You have gone into this app, but did you click "Done"? Sometimes that changes and fixes things, check the gear icon before and after clicking done and see if anything changes or updates.
I would also turn on "Enable Logging" button in that app and see what shows up in the logs.
Maybe someone else has a suggestion for something you should try.
System Events should show Location Mode changes - may want to check there to see if the mode was set correctly and then reset, Have seen a couple threads where people set the time up or back a minute to get things to run, but havenβt seen a discussion of why that was necessary.
Oddly enough this morning it worked. The only change I did was enable logging.
The system is new since Tuesday and I've been switching over zwave devices from SmartThings which is occasionally causing issues. I suppose that could possibly have influenced it.
