The mode and HSM display haven't changed in some time. Hub changes but the app does not.
Currently it is Day mode and Disarmed. This is local but it also shows the same remotely.

If you force close the app and then restart does it update?
Usual steps to force close:
- Open Settings
- Tap Apps & Notifications
- Click See all apps
- Find the app you want to force close and tap it
- Tap Force Stop
I tried that already and it did not change anything. I just tried it again to double check

Yes the hub is. I'm seeing this one too. 2.0.253. I have seen this from 2.0 io error (2 or 3 versions back). The hub is on 171 but this hub app show 166. If you attempt list mode within the app it will not load, says loading. This new in this build.
Sounds like the app is stuck. Iād consider removing the app and readding it.

I logged out and back. It corrected the firmware level but not the modes.
App home page doesn't update mode and hsm. It should show mode as away with HSM armed away.
My dashboard does show what it's meant to show.
I am seeing the exact same thing happening in the latest version of the app. If you click mode you see a loading status message and same with the HSM. What is displayed on the app does not reflect the mode/HSM status on the hub.

Fwiw I just updated the hub to 174 today. I wonder if that is relevant?
Edit: I don't think this is relevant. I think that the issue may have been happening before the firmware update.
I believe it's the app and not the firmware version. I've seen this issue since upgrading the app and have been on the last several versions of the firmware.
