For some reason I can not figure out how I added iphone(s) to my C7/C8

I currently have two iphones, and need to add another 3rd iphone.

It's been a few years since I added an iphone as a device.

Can someone please help me. Did something change in an update?

My C8 is running 2.3.9.143

When logging into the mobile app for the first time on your third phone, I believe you’re presented with the option to choose a previously registered mobile device or create a new one.

So the 3rd phone was already added, and not done by me. So I don't know what option if any was selected when the phone was added. I had them go back and look, and we do not see any option now to register the device. Now what?

Also, the third iphone can access the C7 and the C8, it has an active hubitat account. I just do not see the 3rd iphone on the C7 or the C8 when I try using a notification. I do see the iphone #1 and iphone #2, but not iphone #3

Could you please confirm which Mobile App are you using? The old app and the new app handle mobile devices differently.

I just received a noticed this morning about version2, but I did not update.

I would give to the new app a try. You can always switch back to the old one, if something doesn't work well.

Do I just search for new app, or is there an update? I looked in the setting and do not find an update

Different app in the iOS App Store.

ok, let me get the 3rd iphone loaded with hubitat version 2 and try that next
