when I bring up the mobile app on my iphone, i try to go to my dashboard and it times out, says can't find the hub.
I suspect the auth token has changed.
Do I delete the app and data to try and connect again?

Did you try logging out and back in?
after logging out,
deleting the app,
reloading the app,
logging in,
after soft reset,
it finally started to work.
strange that i could bring up a browser and it would work, but the app still had problems.
its working now,
