My mobile app had been working fine before my router piled up on me. So new router in place and working fine. Except HE
wont switch to cloud automatically. Can switch it on my phone manually.
Maybe a stupid question, but have you dedicated a static IP to the HE in your new router?
Yes. Did that first thing. The router did crash my HE. Had to cycle power to get it back. That's when the router problem came light. So new router HE rebooted etc. and works fine other than not switching to cloud automatically. Can switch it on the dashboard menu page
