No longer getting Notifications on Moto X4 on Android 9 all updates, android notifications enabled, with mobile Hubitat app V1.27. Not sure when it started, perhaps a week or more ago, worked fine until then. Dashboards and GeoFence work correctly.
First noticed when HSM Intrusion notification message did not occur when I was slow with disarming.
This morning tried sending a message with mobile app's phone device, using device's Device Notificaion option. It sends, shows in logs, but does not show as received in phone app debugging logs.
Also tried setting up a simple RM4 to notify when a contact opens. Rule works and logs correctly, but nothing received.
Any suggestions appreciated.
