Mobile App Debug Log - SCL-FAIL: Not Authorized

I’ve been having lots of geopresence issues recently and happened to look at the debug information on my iPhone. It is reporting:

RTE: Refresh token is not valid
Token refresh failed, retrying in 30 sec
RTE: Refresh token is not valid
SCL-FAILED: Not Authorizes

Anyone know what this means and If it’s related to my geopresence issues?

Anyone ever figure this out? My iPhone can be home for hours and the HE not notice.
