Missing/late Hubitat Shipping

Hi

Please could somebody, maybe from Hubitat themselves be able to follow up on a hubitat device I ordered a Hubitat EU version on the 29th September, it is going to South Africa so I am not sure how long it should take. The USPS tracking stops at the international receiving center on the 3rd October and nothing since.

I would email support@hubitat.com for assistance with an order.

Try the same tracking number with your local postal carrier. They usually import that same number into their system for tracking.
