Hi,
I've recently purchased a couple of innr Zigbee smart plugs and have successfully added them to my Hubitat unit. I'm experimenting. I've enabled the built in Amazon Echo application so that it can see these switches. I can ask "Alexa" to switch them on and all good.
I've setup a new rule that when it sees either of these switches on that it speaks... but there doesn't appear to be a "Done with Actions" button to save the rule. What am I doing wrong? I'm running the latest firmware ( 2.1.4.128).
Thanks!

you must click out of the box where you inputted "test" and choose a speach device before you will get the done button.
I tried that... but no go. Where does one choose the speech device?
Do you have a speech device installed? If so which one?
You should see something like this:
I was hoping/expecting that the Amazon Echo would do this (via the announcements feature).
I don't have an echo so I can't comment. I'm sure someone else knows. My guess is that it will need to be setup as a speech device.
Thanks for the help. I suspect what I'm trying to do can't be done as I would have thought (Hubitat knows about the Echo...) and a potential driver/integration would be needed...
In order to use Alexa for announcements you have to install an app like Echo Speaks. The Alexa Skill let's Alexa know about and control your HE devices. It does not (and is not designed) to let HE know about the other devices connected to Alexa.
Yep thanks.. I had seen that and will take a look... Cheers!
