Minor Request (even trivial) adding time, to name of manual backup file(s)

Currently, filename of manual backup file is created according to following rule:
hubname_year-month_day~firmware_version~manual.lzf

my suggestion is, to modify it, to following state
hubname_year-month_day-hour:minute~firmware_version~manual.lzf

hour = hour in 24h format.
minute = minutes, if in range of 0 to 9, with additional 0 in front, to have 00, 01, up to 09
