when desclog debugging is on it dumps out that the hue was set to xx%
it is a number between 0 to 100 but i dont think it is really a percent? i could be wrong though
"Conventional" hue values are 0-360 on the color wheel, representing degrees, while Hubitat's standard model goes 0-100. In that sense, the 0-100 units you see reported here a percent of that circle, so that unit is appropriate (even if somewhat odd and not always reported).
