Migration from C5 to C8-Pro - Z-wave devices not working

Do you have devices listed on the z-wave details page, or is it blank?

Post a screenshot of your red/blue topology map from the C8. I want to see if it is the same issue I have seen with other people.

Also, how is the hub being powered? (see below)

Z-Wave Issues

For partial or total loss of Z-Wave control (radio seems dead), before doing anything else please shut down the hub from settings and unplug for 30 seconds, then re-plug to boot back up. This will allow the radios to fully power down and restart. A regular reboot only restarts the platform and not the radio hardware.

Confirm that hub's Z-Wave regional radio frequency matches that of your device. Check hub's region on Z-Wave Details page to ensure that is set to your local region (E.G. EU - 868.4 MHz, 869.85 MHz for European countries).

What info to provide for troubleshooting assistance:

• How is Hub being powered? Supplied power block or other (explain)
  • PoE power (with splitter) is known to cause major Z-Wave issues on the C-8 hub.
