Migrating from C4 to C8 - Unable to link Alexa

Hi,

I am migrating from my old C4 hub to new C8 hub.
Nearly all my devices are migrated and working fine.
Now I want to link my Alexa account to the new hub. So I disabled the Hubitat skill and reenabled. It asks me to select hub and I select the new hub. But it fails.
Says: Unable to Link account with Alexa
"we are experiencing a problem connecting with the skill to link your account. You can try linking your account again by visiting the skill page""

It let me link to the new hub on the Amazon skill web page. But on Alexa app it does not work. Weird ?

Now Alexa is not able to control my devices.
I disabled the skill to reenable and now it can't be enabled neither through app nor through web page
anyone else ?_
