After migration from c7 to the c8 hub, following the online steps my time triggers no longer work. Other trigger works (button press with an aotec ZigBee button). Manually triggering by clicking run action works. But none of my time triggers work. I enable logging and nothing happens when the time hits. I tried creating new actions to no avail, tried a soft reset as suggested in docs. I also power cycled and updated to latest firmware.
That is very strange. If you click the gear icon next to the app that has a time schedule, if you scroll down on App Details page do you see a schedule? If so, what time?
When this happened to me, I went to Settings -> Hub details and found that my Latitude/Longitude coordinates were missing. My postal code (zip code) was also missing, so the time on the hub was not correct.
Looks like the next run time is 5 days ago (today being May 20th), so it will likely never run. Try clicking on โdoneโ on the rule and go back to see if it changed.
Good eye. Looks like clicking done updated the next runtime to today.
I just ran a test to trigger it, and the time passed with no trigger. Here's a couple screenshots, I didn't show logs in the screenshot since nothing got logged. It shows the device time and the next trigger time.
How far in the future did you set the time? I realize it will likely have the same issue, but could you take a screenshot showing the next run time in the future relative to the phoneโs time?
